To achieve this, we have established some essential patient policies.
Over the past two years, we’ve listened, observed, and jotted down notes to help us create guidelines and clinic policies. These guidelines aren’t just here to maintain clear communication, ensure smooth operations, and guarantee you receive the care and attention you deserve – they’re also here to ensure we live up to your expectations.

Membership Cancellation
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to cancel your membership, please give us a 30-day notice. This allows us to process your request smoothly and manage our resources effectively. Just contact the office, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Appointment Punctuality
We value your time and aim to keep all appointments on schedule. There’s a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can give you the full attention you deserve. Arriving on time helps us make the most of your visit.
No-Show
Missing an appointment without notice affects our ability to serve other patients. If you don’t show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Prescription Refill Requests
We strive to process all prescription refill requests within 48 business hours. This allows us to review your medical history and make appropriate decisions regarding your medication. Should you have any questions or urgent needs, please contact our office directly, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Lab Results Discussion
Lab results are crucial for your health assessment and results will be discussed during your next scheduled visit. This ensures we can provide a comprehensive explanation and personalized recommendations. For abnormal or urgent test results, we will reach out to you before your scheduled appointment to discuss your results.
Appointment Cancellation
Life happens, and sometimes, you need to cancel or reschedule. We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within this window, you will be charged half the price of the appointment. For our members, a $50 cancellation fee applies. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other patients needing care.
Pharmacy Communication
Once we send your prescription to the pharmacy, it’s important for you to maintain open communication with them to ensure your medication needs are met promptly. If your pharmacist has any questions, please make sure they have the accurate contact number on file for us and that they call us during office hours.
Supplements and Medications Are Non-Refundable
Supplements and compounding medications are specifically tailored to meet individual patient needs and cannot be returned or resold. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
All Sales Are Final
In addition, all in-clinic retail product sales are final and non-refundable. We carefully select our products to ensure they meet the highest quality and efficacy standards. Please review your purchases thoroughly before completing the transaction.
Aesthetic Services Policies
We’ve updated our policies on our aesthetics side as well:
- Cancellations: Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. No-show appointments will be charged the full-service total.
- Credit Card Requirement: To streamline our process and secure your appointment, a credit card must be on file at the time of booking for all aesthetic services.
- Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule to ensure all patients receive the full attention and care they deserve.
