For nearly 20 years, I have been in the business of helping people navigate all kinds of health-related obstacles and journeys. I have a Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Health Sciences from the University of Southern Indiana, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from USI. I’m also board certified through ANCC.

With all the credentials aside, finding ways to help people heal and take control over their own medical care has been my passion for many years. After watching so many patients and their concerns brushed off in the healthcare industry, I knew I wanted to change this!

About Laci

Laci is a Licensed Aesthetician and a graduate of Indiana Wellness College. Since beginning her career in 2023, she has brought a results-driven approach to skincare, offering customized facials, microneedling, laser therapies, and chemical peels. She has particular expertise in supporting clients through the skin changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. Her goal is simple: to make every treatment feel like a luxury while delivering noticeable results.

About Hannah

Hannah is a Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis. In 2021, she moved to Texas, where she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the specialty and the confidence it can help people rediscover. She believes that when you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you’re able to show up as the best version of yourself. That philosophy continues to guide the care she provides to every patient.

At Elevate Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, Hannah loves that aesthetics and functional wellness go hand in hand. Her goal is to help patients who have invested in feeling their best on the inside feel just as confident on the outside. She believes the most beautiful results are the ones that look effortless, where people notice you look refreshed, healthy, and radiant without being able to pinpoint exactly why.

Hannah specializes in natural-looking enhancements through comprehensive full-face assessments, neuromodulators, Sculptra, facial revolumization with dermal filler, and customized combination treatment plans designed around each patient’s unique anatomy and goals. While she enjoys treating the entire face, she’ll always have a soft spot for lip filler.

Patients quickly learn that honesty is one of Hannah’s core values. If she doesn’t believe a treatment is right for someone, or if she feels a more conservative approach will provide the best outcome, she’ll always say so. Her priority is helping patients achieve balanced, timeless results that enhance their natural beauty, never recommending treatments simply because she can.

Outside the treatment room, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, taking Pilates classes, shopping, attempting to improve her golf game, and hanging out with her Goldendoodle, Finn.

Whether someone is brand new to aesthetics or looking for a long-term treatment plan, Hannah is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that help patients look refreshed, feel confident, and achieve results that are authentically them.

About Matty

Matty is a Registered Nurse who earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech in 2020. Before joining Elevate Functional Medicine & Aesthetics, he spent more than five years caring for patients at a cardiac specialty hospital, where he developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. He is currently expanding his expertise through advanced aesthetics training and has nearly a year of experience performing aesthetic injections.

Outside the practice, Matty enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, and figure skating. He and his husband, Skyler, share their home with two dogs, Rocco and Walter, and two cats, Cinder and Ella. They are also excited to be in the process of adopting their first child.

Carey is the Patient Concierge at Elevate, bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and client relations to her role. She oversees the daily patient experience and office operations, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. A cancer survivor, Carey is deeply passionate about women’s health and wellness, and her personal journey strengthens her commitment to creating a positive, compassionate experience for everyone she serves. Known for her warm personality and dedication to service, she makes every interaction a memorable one, helping create the elevated experience that defines Elevate.
